Job Summary:

Amazing Pililokal LLC is seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Telemarketers to join our sales and marketing agemcy.  In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services, generate leads, and close sales. You will also handle inbound inquiries, maintain customer databases, and contribute to overall sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided call list or CRM system

• Present and promote company products/services in a clear and engaging manner

• Follow scripts when handling different topics or objections

• Answer questions about the product or company

• Record customer information, feedback, and call results accurately in the database

• Schedule appointments for sales representatives when necessary

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets

• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate as needed

• Stay informed on company offerings and market trends
