As a Business Development Intern, you’ll receive hands-on training and real-world experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development while working with an experienced and supportive team.
What You’ll Do
- Build and develop relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain strong partnerships with existing customers by delivering outstanding service and ongoing support.
- Learn about each client’s business needs and recommend customized payment processing solutions.
- Stay informed on our products, services, and industry trends.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up to ensure a positive client experience.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Meet with business owners to understand their goals and present solutions that help reduce their payment processing costs.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM or database systems.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledge of business development or payment processing is a plus.
- A professional, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
